Lets get together and see whats been happening in our local area

Tonight we will have Super Investor Ron Hoy Fong, who has independently built his own successful Property Portfolio, talking about his investing

Ron was instrumental in turning $180k into approximately $1.8m as of the end of January 2005 based on QV online e-values, paying out around $3.0m for 21 properties and borrowing $2.8m to finance it all. Half of the value increase would be a direct result of cosmetic do-ups combined with buying below values, and the balance is a direct result of Capital Growth value increases.

I'm sure everyone will be able to take away something to help there investing from this meeting. If you know anyone that is new or thinking about investing then bring them along as this meeting is not to be missed

Come, meet up and talk property with like minded people

At this meeting we will have Dave Pullen from the NZ Home Heating, Rowena from EnergySmart and Lyndal Lane fromEnvironment Canterbury

Being covered will be: the local schools’ kindling fund raiser; subsidies, insulation options, free home heating assessments and curtain bank services that are for members own homes and rental properties; and how to have a warmer home by burning smoke free. Plus I will demonstrate the kindling cracker invented by 14 year old Ayla Hutchinson, as an easy axe free option to cutting kindling.

Members will also be invited to a free, smoke free fire demonstration held the following week at Menzies with David Pullen. David will show how to do the smoke free technique on a log burner, which is one of those things that you need to see to believe, and David will also be available to do in home teachings of the smoke free burning for members , and tenants, as well.
