• Monthly Meeting
  The next meeting of the South Canterbury Property Investors Association will be held on:
  
  Thursday week, 17 September
  at 7.30 pm in the Caroline Bay Community Lounge
  
  Following a brief meeting, the Guest Speakers will be
  
  1) Lawyer Norm Scott, who will go through things to think about to protect your portfolio
  and
  2) Valuer Ian Fairbrother, formerly of QV and Manager of Telfer Young (Canterbury) Ltd, who will be going over what he looks for when looking at properties.
  
  This is a free public meeting, so feel free to bring non-members along including prospective landlords
