The Department of Building and Housing is undertaking a review of the Unit Titles Act 1972.

If you own, occupy, manage or are professionally associated with an apartment, townhouse, shop or office in a building which has a body corporate, the proposals in this discussion document could affect you. It outlines a set of proposals for possible changes to the Act.
